I had originally made a promise to myself that I wouldn't blog any more outfits until I had made some effort on catching up on other blog posts that I've been putting off since June...but then I put this outfit together and loved it. So now here we are.

We're working on winding down our endo/repro module this week, and as part of that today I did my third OSCE (Observed Structured Clinical Examination). OSCEs are basically practical clinical skills exams - we rotate through four stations with fake standardized patients, and go through the motions of taking a history and doing a physical exam and writing up a patient note like it's the real deal. Today's was the first OSCE during which I felt like I actually knew what was wrong with all of my patients, so three cheers to you, education. We're making some progress here. We do two OSCEs per year - one in the spring and one in the fall - and they're always schedule around the end of a module, which drives people absolutely batty because most medical students are innately wired to freak out about every. little. thing. Med school is a weird place, people. That's all I have to say.
