Urban Outfitters is admittedly not a store that I patronize frequently, but it's certainly an establishment at which I love to browse. Especially when I lived in Birmingham and actually had a brick & mortar store near me - it was so easy to pop by the Summit when I was bored with UAB and just wander amongst all the colorful fabrics and chunky sweaters for a short chunk of the afternoon. Their offerings can often err on the side of too hipster-ish and twee for my taste, but when they get things right, they can be so right. I especially love the usually sizable selection of pretty, feminine dresses - it's something that always pleasantly surprises me about Urban Outfitters [I don't know about you, but the UO aesthetic tends to make me think of high-waisted destroyed jeans and slouchy wannabe tees more so than ruffled sundresses. Maybe that's just an error in my thought process...].
Anyway, the point of this is that UO is currently offering 20% off all dresses for a few days. As mentioned previously, I love to window shop at Urban; a solid chunk of the links in my wishlist bookmarks folder are accompanied by the UO favicon. I pulled up a few favorites that I've had my eyes on for a little bit - all [except one] are under $50 to start with, and then further discounted, which means we should obviously have a pretty dress party. Or something.
