I can't think of a lot to offer in the way of commentary on this outfit...hmm.  This is what I wore to clinic at the health department yesterday [in addition to my white coat, of course].  All of the exam rooms were freezing.  I got rained on as I was walking back across the street after lunch + lecture at the hospital.  These shoes are super comfy.

The end.

Between these shoes and my regular Dansko clogs, I'm officially a believer.  Especially the clogs, man.  I wore almost every day for five weeks while on the obstetrics and surgical portions of my OB/GYN clerkship and had basically zero complaints from my feet.  My school/hospital system recently updated the dress code to specify only black, brown, or grey shoes so I was thwarted in my plans to buy clogs in a fun color to counteract my mandated boring grey scrubs, and I'm honestly still a little bitter about it.  Not that anyone at the hospital actually cares what color our shoes are, but the administrators definitely do, and they're obviously not people you want to mess with it.

[pro tip - Dansko are obviously pretty pricey shoes, so if you're in the market for some as a fellow healthcare worker / professional stand-up-all-day-er, definitely keep an eye on places like Amazon because their prices tend to fluctuate a lot.  Or try hitting up a local scrubs store - Uniforms by Bayou, for example, sells Dansko Professional clogs for something like $15 cheaper and offer a student discount.  Just things to keep in mind]

Like, literally all I can think of as a talking point right now is shoes.  Or management of postpartum hemorrhage.  It's probably time to go to bed.
